The HAPS Platform is a Synopsys platform and Synopsys will be offering a daughter card featuring the TUSB1310. Please contact Synopsys for further help with this request.

Let me give some explanation.

I had already contacted Synopsys, but it is difficult to provide their board, they said.

I want to know a possibirity of the other way to obtain, e.g. 3rd party.

Unfortunately if you are commited to Synopsys's HAPS platform, then we just do not have any daughtercards available anymore. We built a few up for our intial testing, but we have either given all of these away already or we need them for our own internal testing. Synopsys has commited to us to develop this daughtercard.

If you are not commited to the HAPS platform, Both PLDA (www.plda.com) and System Level Solutions (www.slscorp.com) have available development platforms. PLDA has both Altera-based PDKs (www.plda.com/download/doc/ip/usb/usb%20device_PB%20altera.pdf) and Xilinx-based PDKs (www.plda.com/UploadFiles/File/usb%20device%20xilinx%202010.pdf) while SLS only has an Altera-based PDK (www.slscorp.com/pages/download.php?cat=IP1&subcat=IC21).
