Linux/DS90UB954-Q1: I am not sure that enable success of CMLOUT output.

we are trying to get eye pattern on CMLOUT pin.

we follow 90954 d/s at below to enable CMLOUT output

but we still look like a noise signal on CMLOUT pin, We not sure enable CMLOUT output is success or fail

could help me about :

1)show a exsample picture of waveform of FPD Link III singal.

2)code sample of enable CMLOUT output , RX Port 0 , Power on Coax

we will cross-comparison.

Hello Leo,

- Please make sure you have a serializer connected and the deserializer is receiving valid signal.

- Also make sure you are enabling the CMLOUT for the correct RX used.

- You need to have series capacitors connected to the CMLOUT pins and shorted with 100 ohm paraller resistor.

CMLOUT wave form can be found in the D/S on page 21.

The CMLout waveform test can be referred in d/s. You should be careful of the test scope as well including bandwidth, impedance matching, etc.
