• What is the recommended operating Tj (Junction Temperature)?

  1. Part is rated for -55 °C to +125 °C ambient operation

  2. A rated power dissipation is not provided in the datasheet, so I am not able infer an operating Tj limit from the _JA of 92 °C/W at Ta = 125 °C
     Can you provide the rated power dissipation?

  3. Our usage condition results in Tj = 125 °C; I’m comfortable that we’re operating within specifications, but I’d like to understand how much thermal margin I have.

  4. Tj shutdown is 165 °C, so I expect the Tj operating limit is in the neighborhood of 150 °C
