Hi Sir,

Could you advise on the follow problem faced by my customer

If a pen drive is plugged in before powered on and then powered to Linux, sometimes the pen drive is not detected in the OS. We will need to hot plug the pen drive in order for it to get detected.
Running USB stress test using Passmark Burn-In test Pro with Passmark USB 3.0 Test Plug fails intermittently and the USB transfer rate is not as good a standard USB3.0 port.

For your first question, would you be able to see the report of what devices are showing up and to see if the device appears at all?

For the passmark failures, would you be able to tell me what exactly those errors are?

Kelvin,

As communicated in the below thread the Linux community is aware of the TUSB7340 and TUSB7320 errata and some kernels may still have some issues. We are unsure if all the workarounds are implemented in Linux. Please consult the Linux community for further assistance.
