TUSB8020B: TUSB8020B issue about USB 3.0 camera

Hi Experts,

During testing TUSB8020B HUB,some issue is as below,

1. USB 2.0 peripherals access are OK.

2. USB 3.0 mass storage devices access are OK,but USB 3.0 camera acA1920-155um（Basler）accessed error.

3. The camera is connected to another HUB and cascaded the USB8020B HUB, the USB8020B HUB worked properly.

Do you think you can provide me a block diagram of the setup that isn't working so I can get a better idea of how everything is connected?

In addtion to the block diagram, information on the cascaded hub and the host used for the test would be helpful.

What's the meaning of the block diagram of the setup? software or hardware? I have attached the schematic to the post.

A block diagram should be something similar to the block diagram of the TUSB8044 on the first page of the datasheet. A block diagram of the hardware that shows how all the hubs are connected, that would be helpful.
