Dear,

I will use DS90UB927 and DS90UB910 in my cluster.

And When I test DS90UB927, I find the output waveform is not right.  And I didn't connect the DS90UB910, only use the DS90UB927.

    Where are you making the measurements? What test point is this at - are you measuring this after the AC capacitor with a 100ohm differential termination? It looks like it is not properly terminated.
    You can refer to the DS90UB927Q-Q1 datasheet page 12 for the DOUT+/- measurement setup with the required scope bandwidth and differential probe.
