But I did not find an alternative that would have a working temperature of -40°c to +85°c

Have you considered the similar parts with higher PCLK frequency such as DS90C383B that are in production status?

But DS90C383B has a rating catalog

My MCU has 24-bit RGB but I need to connect to it LVDS display

Do you have any frequency requirements? The DS90CR285 (20 to 66MHz) or SN65LVDS93A (10 to 135MHz) would make good alternative parts that have working temperature ranges of -40 to 85C.
