after a reset of the DS90UB947 by PDB set low the Mode pins and the IDx pin seem not to be sampled again (mode settings and I2C address are lost). It works out only once during power-up and only if the C at PDB not too large (10k0 / 100n is ok while 10k0 / 22u doesn't work).
Power supply is stable during the PDB cycle. The low-time of PDB is more than 50 ms. Presence of OLDI clock doesn't make a difference. I tried with continuous clock and with clock off with the same result.
Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong? What are the precise conditions for Mode and IDx pins beeing read-in?
