May I know if TUSB213 is the same as TUSB212 that D2P and D1M need to shorted to D1P and D1N?

Jim,

D2P and D1M should not be shorted to D1P and D1N for TUSB213.

Does TUSB213 still can bypass the signal once we hold the RSTN when testing?

Jim,

TUSB213 will bypass signal during reset however if TUSB213 is integral to system performance you may see USB disconnect.
