TSU6721: Does the TSU6721 to Host (USB) have a charging function?

Hi TI Team,

In the APPLICATION DIAGRAM of TSU6721 Specifications

The VBUS can charge the battery through the TSU6721.

but the VBUS of the TSU6721 can charge the USB CONNECTOR (Host)?

If not, can you provide me a similar feature part number?

What application are you trying to use this part in? in a USB device or host?

I am confused the Host should generate VBUS not the USB device.
