We found that in the case of LVDS projection through TI 940,
First electricity,
There is a rolling screen or flower screen phenomenon. Please help to analyze the possible reasons.

Please provide more information so we can help you figure out what is going on.
What is the PCLK frequency? What cable type/length and what is the insertion loss? What is the frequency of occurrence - does it happen on only 1 device/board or many devices/boards?
You need to look at the system level performance - PCLK quality/jitter, cable loss, power supplies fidelity and ripple etc and ensure proper power up sequence is followed. Please refer to the device datasheet for additional information.

sorry, our FPD-Link has no scrolling spec., but to further know your issue well, please provide more system-level messages:
1. how many boards have this issue?
2. have you swapped the test among different modules?
3. what is the application? PCLK, video resolution? processor? the serialzier? connector? cable? power supply? layout?
4. lock status of UB940? data pattern gen. is ok or not?
5. UB940 setting? reg. dumping?
