ONET1151L: Output driver resistance setting with ORADJ

Hi,

the ONET1151L datasheet says:

'Setting ORADJ to 00, results in the lowest-output termination resistance and setting the bits to 11, results in the highest-output resistance.'

But I could not find out the resistance values for the different ORADJ settings.

What is the highest resistance?

Are the values documented somewhere?

Hi Andreas,

The minimum value of the resistance is 25-ohm TYP when the ORADJ is set to [00]. I'm not sure about the max value though, let me check with the team and get back to you on this.

Hi Andreas,

The maximum value of the o/p resistance must be about 34-ohm when ORADJ = [11]. The intermediate values for the corresponding ORADJ settings of [01 and [10] should be around 28-ohm and 31-ohm respectively.
