Hi team，
My customer is designing a PCIE mux based on our HD3SS3411. In our datasheet, Figure 4 shows a typical way to place the AC coulping capacitors. But customer wants to add one more connector on the Host side. Please see the structure as below picture.
As you can see from the picture, they add a connector as the red circle shows. So customer wonders when they add this connector, do they need to add additional AC coupling caps or they can still place the caps as Figure 4? Thanks.
