Hi John,
In that case, the TPS65982 can enter sleep mode if it is configured correctly. Quiescent current numbers are included in the TPS65982 datasheet for each power state.

I find the below data in the datasheet, so at sleep mode, the current is 71uA, so the total power is 3.3V*0.071=0.23mW, am I right?

Yes, that's correct. Please keep in mind that any device consuming current on the LDO_3V3 pin will add to this power consumption number.

Hi John,
If the TPS65982 is in Sleep mode, it will NAK the first I2C message sent to it and then wake up and respond. if the first I2C message is NAKed, it is in sleep mode.
