ULN2803A: MIL-Grade alternate for Darlington Transistor Arrays

Please suggest MIL-Grade Alternate for ULN2803A Darlington Transistor Arrays. Right now Operating Temp. is -40C to +85C, but I need for -40C to 105C.

Hi user,

We do not have any 8-channel Darlington transistor arrays that are rated for 105C ambient temperature. The ULN2003AI is a device that has 7 channels and is rated to the requested temperature.

what is current that will flow in off State of ULN2003AI ?

I want to connected cathode of NVG LED to ULN2003AI and LED will Turn On at 500µAmp, I am worried that ULN’s leakage current will turn ON the LED.

I am driving LED from +6.6 Voltage Regulator.

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated

Hi Azhar,

This is the ICEx spec, and for this device it is rated at 100uA max at 70C. If you need a device with better leakage, you may want to take a look at the TPL7407LA.
