Hello.

I am considering TDP158,TDP158I.

I have a question.

Datasheet P8
In the data sheet 6.5 Electrical Characteristics, Power Supply part, PD 1, PD 2 is stated.
The temperature of the Max value is Ta = 85 ° C.

Please tell me PD1 (MAX) and PD2 (MAX) at Ta = 40 ℃ and Ta = 50 ℃. (TEST CONDITION is the same as the condition of the date sheet)

    Hello Ishii-san,

    We do not specify a max power consumption for max voltage / room temp conditions. We only specify a max power consumption for worst case conditions (max voltage, high temp).

    Therefore, I want to know the values at the temperatures Ta = 50 ° C and Ta = 40 ° C used this time.

    We are not able to provide these results by simulation. From similar testing, we see that when running at nominal voltages at 40/50C, power consumption is close to the typical range.
