TCA9509: EN open drain structure?

May I know if TCA9509 EN pin is open drain stucture? Could EN pin directly connect to VCCA voltage without the pull up resistor?

Hey Ting,

TCA9509's EN pin is not open drain because it is an input only. The enable pin is high impedance so a resistor is not necessary.
