Hi, team,
My customer is looking for a RS-422 transceiver with very low input and output delay.
The competitor is ADM1485, with below DRIVER and RECEIVER tPLH and tPHL. I search on line but did not find a suitable device with smaller delay.
Could you help check it and reply to me?
Thanks.
Johnny

Johnny,
Generally speaking, if a transceiver works with higher data rate, the less propagation delay it produces. Here is a summary of TI high speed RS485/422 transceivers. Please be aware that HVD10 and HVD78 are 3.3V devices and THVD1550 is a 5V device. You can also compare the threshold of the measurement. It might be set at different position. Please let me know if you have other questions.
Regards,
Hao
