Hi,

I am using TUSB2077A, but all 7 downstream ports are not working.

Can anyone help regarding this.

Can you describe what you mean by not working in more detail? Are the ports completely inoperable? I am currently reviewing your schematic and will get back to you with notes.

Hi Malik,

Yes all ports are completely inoperable.

Some observation & debug.

1. Check the 6 MHz signal is OK.
2. LED D6, D8 Green but D7 Red.
3. Removed R101.
4. Removed R123 & ADD R114

But still downstream ports are not at all working.

Removing R101 would leave TUSB2077A RST# pin open but this pin must be de-asserted in order for TUSB2077A to operate appropriately. Is net BUF_PLT_RST# connected to something that de-asserts this pin? Are you configuring TUSB2077A with an EEPROM? If so you may need to remove R115 & ADD R124.
