    Hi Antony,

    There is no defined distance on where you place the thermal vias. You can place them however close or far your manufacturing rules allow. The only suggestion we have is that you include at least 6 thermal vias per Drain Pad of the TPS65987D.

    However, our internal model uses a spacing of 0.95mm (37.4 mil) for the distance you highlighted in your screenshot.
