DP83822I: RMII Recovered Clock Async FIFO Bypass

Part Number: DP83822I

Hi Team,

Just to confirm, the datasheet at Rev C shows as follows,

default: 0

0 = Bypass Asynchronous FIFO

1 = Normal operation

Is it still wrong description?

The normal RMII operation should be default, is it correct?

I assume as follows

default: 0

0 = Normal operation

1 = Bypass Asynchronous FIFO

In the customer schematic, RX_CLK is unused for RMII, I assume this is the RMII normal operation. If they use RMII recovered clock mode, they should RX_CLK is connected to MAC. Is it correct?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Takeshi Sasaki
