Hi,

Does the TUSB9261 EVM board and the v1.05 firmware support USB3.1? Do you expect any problems if connecting the EVM board to a SuperSpeed+ USB port?

Hello Amy,

The TUSB9261 EVM only supports up to USB3.0 (5Gbps). It will not support SuperSpeed+

Hi Gerasimos,

Thanks for your reply! Have you tried to connect a TUSB9261 EVM to a USB SuperSpeed+ slot on PC and seen any problems? Is it supposed to work?
And do you have any document that describes TUSB9261 USB controller (register information)? If so, can I have an electronic copy?

This EVM should still be compatible a SuperSpeed+ PC, but will only operate at 5.0Gbps. Sorry, we cannot disclose any internal register docs as it is proprietary information.
