Hello,

My customer has a question about AM26LV32E.

[Q]

VID = VA - VB ?

According to D/S p4 6.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings (4), Differential input voltage is measured at the non-inverting input with respect to the corresponding inverting input.
A = non-inverting
B = inverting

So, I think VID = VA - VB.
When VID = VA - VB > 200mV, Output = H.

But accordimg to D/S p7 Figure2, Outpput = H when VA - VB = -1V.

Is my understanding wrong?

Hello Kudo-san,

Your understanding is correct that VID is defined as VA - VB. It seems that Figure 2 in the datasheet has the signal polarity incorrect - either the "A" and "B" waveforms should be swapped or the "Output" waveform should be inverted. A -1 V differential input voltage (VID) should correspond to a low output. Thank you for pointing out this discrepancy.
