Thanks for your quick reply.

Actually we meet some issue on PCI.

Our PCI have will connect to FPGA. Sometimes the PCI device will gone when power on/off. It's random.

We guess this schematic is ok but some pin will lock from FPGA then will effect function.

So, could you help share experience for us how to fix it?

Hi Shu-Cheng,

Is this for GE? The schematic is exactly the same, and we have found that for their issue they need to keep the PLL supply very clean. To fix the issue they added 2 caps (150uF and 10uF) in parallel to this supply. Ideally, they should keep the PLL supply isolated from the other 1.5V supplies, and make sure that it's very clean.

It's pin F10, and I assume the caps were added due to the noisy supply it shares with the other 1.5V pins. As I said, the PLL supply needs to be isolated and clean.
