DS90UB914A-Q1: Is there an eye diagram mask definition available?

I would like to setup a mask test on my oscilloscope to verify the eye diagram of the DS90UB913/ DS90UB914 chipsets on my Evaluationboards.

I need the parameters as shown in the picture.

Hello Muhammed,

please see the 914A datasheet on page 9 you will find the info of the eye-hight and eye-width.

Hello Hamzeh,

thank you for the answer, but for creating the mask i need 8 points.

Only Ew and Eh is not enought for creating the mask.

In the following window, the params for creating the mask is shown.
