Hi Team

              Could you help me to check this question? My EC will send 4CC command  ‘Gaid’ to TPS65987/8.

              The Vbus will drop to 0V , is this normal? 

              If this is normal status , Did you have any way for " Don't want to happen Vbus drop " ?

    Hi Kerr,

    This is expected behavior of the "Gaid" command. Gaid will reset the TPS65987D and will cause any connection to renegotiate through PD. There is no method of maintaining the VBUS connection and sending a Gaid, we do not support that behavior.

    What is your goal with sending Gaid?
