I have the DS90CR287 component mounted on a board, and I would like to know if it is possible to perform an in-circuit test with a board tester mod. HP370. The test must not be performance, but ensure that the component is working and has its welded pins. The board tester has a clock of 5MHz. thank you Alberto Lombardi
