I'm a A newly established small company named CUNHAO optical and eletricity communication CO. LTD. Our first product is a series Bit error ratio tester.I will show you bellow.

DS280DF810 to design a 4 channel 100Gbps BERT and signle channel 28Gbps BERT

DS150DF1610 to design a 4 channel 56Gbps BERT and signle channel 14.025Gbps BERT

DS125DF1610 to design a 4 channel 40Gbps BERT and signle channel 10Gbps BERT

I can download DS125DF1610 detail datasheet But I could not download the detail datasheet of DS280DF810 and DS150DF1610. could you give me the applicated link for these two device of the detail datasheet and the app note?
