Hi team,

Could you please tell me what is the meaning of "SYMM" and its below symbol?

Besides, the four "TYP VIA" in the figure, placing in packaging OR placing in wiring, which layout is better?

    The "SYMM" marker is just stating that the package is symmetrical horizontally and vertically along the marked lines, meaning one side of the line is exactly reflected on the other.

    Can you elaborate on the second question? I'm not sure what you mean by "placing in packaging OR placing in wiring".
