TPS65982: Not able to save bin file in TPS6598x Application Customization Tool 3.18

I could save my project , but could not save my bin file , it shows below error.

Exception Encountered during Application Binary Save:range() result has too many items

<type 'exceptions.OverflowError'>

Does anyone have any idea on how to solving this issue?
