ISO5852S: IBIS model

Part Number: ISO5852S
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO5851

Hello,

the IBIS model seems to be different than the actual part, e.g. pin 4 is marked as NC in model, but the real part has there signal OUTH. Also other signals looks wierd with respect to real part.

Do you have some updated version of the model or do I look on it incorrectly?

Thank you,

Jaroslav

  • Hi Jaroslav,

This appears to be the same model as the ISO5851.

It looks like the GATE drive pins cannot be modeled with IBIS. IBIS was only used to model the right (isolated) side. Ideally, the pin information would have been updated to include both OUTH and OUTL. I apologize for the confusion.

The left (GATE driver side) was unmodeled by IBIS. There is a PSPICE model, which is provided to allow evaluation of the GATE drive side of the device.

If you have any other questions, please let me know and I'll do my best to reply quickly.

    Regards,

    David Larkin
