Hi, team.

My customer is now considering TRS3221E/2E.

The following question was received from the customer.

Can you tell me about this question?

For both ICs, the recommended value of the capacitor in the 3.3V power supply specification is 0.1uF,

but can it be used with 1.0uF?

Currently, the availability of ceramic capacitors is bad,

and my customers are having trouble obtaining capacitors of 0.1uF.

Hello Sekigushi-san,

Yes, the higher capacitance values can be used for C1, C2, C3, and C4. The customer may observe some change in the frequency and amplitude of ripple on the V+/V- rails, but the functionality of the device should not be impaired.
