Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you

We find some modules will occur glitch on PCI_RST-L when system power off (the attached waveform CH4, green color)

We would like to know why glitch occur and how to fix?

Hi Shu-Cheng,

Are they able to check if the glitch occurs if they use one of the pull-up's (R451 or R403) instead of the BJT+MOSFET network above?

Please refer our update as below

R451 or R403 are reserved location, so we doubt the glitch occur is from bridge IC

Hi Shu-Cheng,

I'm not sure I understand the update. From the waveform it looks like maybe the pull-up on PRST is too strong, so I wanted to see what would happen if they used one of the 10k pull-ups (they're currently not installed) instead of that circuit they're currently using. In fact, the datasheet says that no pull-up resistor is needed on this pin, so are they also able to check if the glitch occurs if PRST is connected directly to the device?
