SN75468: SN75468 temperature range

Hi Team,

My customer is looking for a ULN2003 P2P device which has much higher output voltage. SN75468 is a good candidate but the operation temperature is quite confusing.

In the datasheet, it indicate that SN75468 has a wide temperature range of -40-105C. But in the package information page, the temperature range is 0-70C.

Customer requires a -40-85C temperature range.

Hi Yangbo,

The datasheet itself does not restrict the ambient temperature rating for the device, it only specifies the junction temperature maximum of 125C. As long as the junction temperature is kept below this value, then the device can be operated up to 85C ambient without issue. I am not sure where the operating temperature in the packaging information was pulled from, but I would go with the datasheet.
