My customer us internal PP-5V as 5V/2A source output, I wonder how to set the over current protection point and what the accuracy of this over current.
When enter short circuit, how long will it takes to enter input protection?

Hi Rahul,
I set the source capability as below, but after customer test, the over current is 2.5A~3A, it is far from 2A I set.
Is there anything wrong?
Hi John,
This in this situtation looks like the hardware is trigerring UV event which will cause the VBUS to trip. You can't do it faster than this, as hardware needs its own time to trigger the fault conditions.
