    Greetings Acguy,

    DS100BR210 is used with AC coupling on input high speed signals. This is done to isolate common mode voltage and provides flexibility to interface with different logics. The lower the AC coupling caps, the lower data rate you can use this part for. Also, to a large extend this depends on the data pattern used as well. Using 10uF AC coupling caps should enable data rate down to mega bits.
