Hi Team,

There is RVBUS range spec 855k~920kohm.

Is it possible to use 1Mohm ±1% resistor for RVBUS?
My customer said it is difficult to get 900kohm ±1% resistor.

Hello,
To ensure the device properly reads VBUS please use a 900K ohm resistor.

Hi Michael-san,

I found TUSB320-LA-EVM uses 1Mohm (±1%) at the moment.

It is ideal for my customer if is acceptable..

Could you confirm once again if 1Mohm is acceptable or not?

Hello,
we usually do not recommend that customers use values outside of the datasheets specification because it can cause inter op problems. But if you use the 1M ohm resistor the VBUS_THR changes to Min: 3.24, Typ: 3.6V, Max 4.18V.
