POR Release time when Power ON

In data sheet, it says Trt (rise rate) is max. 2000ms.

Then TCA6416A supply voltage is from 1.65V ~ 5.5V. Is there any Trt time difference from 1.65V to 5.5V?

I think there should be time difference in below ranges ( in other maker's datasheet, it devided into several Vcc)

1.65 to 1.95

2.3 to 2.7

3.0 to 3.6 => In my circuit.

4.5 to 5.5

    Hi Yongjoon,

    In general the min/max values are limited by the performance at different extremes of the supply voltage range, and so if you are operating in the middle of the range the min/max range could be wider than what is specified. I recommend keeping within the specified range to be safe, though, since we don't have detailed information available for limits at each individual voltage setting.

    Are you having difficulty with the minimum (0.1 ms) or maximum (2000 ms) value?
