TPS65983B: TPS65983B- Reverse current protection

Part Number: TPS65983B
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65987D

Hi,
We are using the TI power delivery controller(TPS65983B) in our application. We need few technical clarification.
Our system has two power input path.
1. External AC-DC power input
2. USB Type C- Power source input
Condition 1:
External AC-DC power is the main power, which powers the entire system and also provides 20V, 4.25Amp(80W) through the USB Type-C connector.
Condition 2:
If external power source is not available then system will get the power through USB Type-C connector.
The same USB Type-C port would be used for source and sink.
Clarification Needed
1. Can we configure the TPS65983B in dual power port (Source and sink), If possible then Does the device itself take care of source and sink path or do we have to provide protection circuit?
2. If USB Type C port is configured as source port(Source the current) and by mistake user connect some power delivery device (Ex: Charger on that port) In that case Does device take care of reverse current, etc ?
3. While system is getting the power through the USB Type-C port , user may connect the External AC-DC power. In this case Does TPS65983B takes care of reverse current.
Thank you
Regards
