DP83TC811R-Q1: XI input signal levels with external oscillator when using VDDIO = 1.8 V

Hi,

I'm using DP83TC811R-Q1 in RGMII mode with VDDIO = 1.8 V. The 25MHz clock is provided by external oscillator with LVCMOS (3.3V) signal levels. Should I use a divider to get clock inside 0 to 1.8V window?

Hi Anushavan,

Yes, you should use a cap divider since XI is off of the VDDIO rail.
