DP83867IS: DP83867IS can't turn on four channel(Pair A~D)

Hi,

Our customer use DP83867IS can't turn on four channel(Pair A~D).

We tried to turn on all channels (Pair A~D), but only pair A has output. Also, the reg 0x0025 look like can’t be write. Please help to check that. Thanks.

    Hi Lin,

    If you can't access register 0x25, and it appears that it is read only, its because extended register access isn't being performed properly.

    Any register above address 0x1f is in the extended space. If you don't access the extended register space correctly, you are accessing registers in the normal space.

    Please review section 8.4.2.1 Extended Address Space Access of the datasheet to find the proper 4 register read/write method to get to address 0x25 and 0x1d5
