Our customer does not use D2+ and D2- pin. So , how can we treat the pin which is not used?

Can we leave this pin open?

Hello,

Yes you do not have to use the other two channels on a four channel device.

Not using TPD4E05U06 D2 channels will not effect the performance of the device.
