TRS3122E: Can I use TRS3122E to replace TRSF3223E?

Hi,

my customer has chosen  TRSF3223E before but now they switch to TRS3122E.

I guess the only difference is TRS3122E can accept 1.8V logic, right?

    Yes, TRS3122E can support all the same functions as TRSF3223E. It is not a direct pin-for-pin replacement, though, due to a higher pin count. Since the TRS3122E is also capable of supporting 1.8-V VCC, it allows for additional capacitor connections to act as a voltage tripler (i.e., using five capacitors for the charge pump rather than four). If a 3.3-V supply is used, though, the device will detect the higher voltage and operate as a voltage doubler automatically, allowing for the additional "C3" capacitor terminal to be left disconnected.
