Is there actual variation data of data sheet setup(tros) and hold(troh) time data?

Our customer is thinking about calculating defect rate in their systems.

Therefore, they would like to know the dispersion of devices alone.

Hi,
do you mean the Deserializer Output Setup/Hold Times? please check page16, the min tROS/tROH is 0.38T which includes the supply variation.

Thank you for your reply.
Is there data on how the distribution is based on measurement data when shipping inspection or SPEC is decided?
They are considering verifying by combining their system variation and device variation.
When adding the worst value of each, we do not meet the specifications of the receiver, so we want actual variation data.
