Is there any chip that can do USB port detection

Hi Ti,

I am design an device which is powered by USB power adapter. My device operates in 5V 600mA. However, some USB adapter can provide 5V 1A power only with USB port detection. Therefore, is there any type of chip in Ti can do the detection? The following photo shows the design I want.
