ISO5851: FLT pin condition when IGBT short event

Hello,

When short event happen, OUT and CLAMP pin sinks the miller current. In this situation, FLT pin also goes low to detect short event?

Hi Toshihiro-san,

In case of DESAT detection, the OUT will be pulled LOW and the CLAMP pin will be pulled LOW when the gate voltage drops below 2V. The /FLT would also go low.
