DS90UB948-Q1: GPIO not stable

Part Number: DS90UB948-Q1

Hello TI Experts,

I am now using DS90UB948 and DS90UB947 and meet with a problem needs your help:

To control the touch IC's reset pin, MCU's GPIO outputs the signal to 947'S GPIO0, and 948's GPIO0 outputs similar waves

But I found that the output of 948 is not stable~their are disturbance signals, but their is not disturbance signals in 947 side~

 After a period of time,the 948 becomes stable~

When it's not stable, lock pin is also Unstable, when lock pin is stable,  the pass througf GPIO0 is also stable~

I try to slow down the I2C communication, lock pin becomes stable faster

Is thie phenomenon normal?

I set PCLK 75Mhz    framerate 30Hz~ and I have tried to change the PCLK and framerate, and it doesn't make any sense~
