Hi All,

Power switch of UCC21520-Q1 is described as IGBT and MOSFET.

Can it be used for GaNFET ?

There is a similar product called UCC21222-Q1, but here is the description of GaNFET in Power Switch.

I think that it is an equivalent characteristic, but what is the difference ?

Hi, Hayashi-san,

Yes, it can be used for GaN FETs as long as the required gate drive voltage is supported.

The difference is in the isolation level. The UCC21520-Q1 is rated for higher isolation voltage than UCC21222-Q1.
