We are evaluating a new high speed crosspoint chip in our project. The type is DS280DF810 in TI.
The block diagram is as below.
- The data rate through Backplane is 25Gbps, can the DS280DF810 support this high data rate?
- One data flow from A card, the other data flow from B card, and DS280DF810 should choose from 2 data flows, then send one data to ASIC chip; the data from ASIC send to DS280DF810, DS280DF810 should broadcast data to both A card and B card; can DS280DF810 support this function?
- When A card data flow—crosspoint—ASIC chip channel is running, we want to switch to B card data flow—crosspoint—ASIC chip, how can we configure the DS280? and how long can DS280 complete this switch?
