regarding the sch. review, please follow up TI's EVM board design and user guide mentioned in d/s, also TIDesign provided such refer. design for your customer reference.
for this sch., it is not clear on the system application request, but some typical issues can be pointed out for the UB953 external circuit design:
1. high speed signals Rout: please use AC coupling in the ROUT_n pin, and pls follow up TI's evm design;
2. power supply: it is better if have 1nf cap. in the supply pins. also, 50M XO should have FB.
3. control pin: dependent on your system design, pls refer to d/s for it.
4. power -up sequence & PDB control: pls make sure the PDB pin setting.

In synchronous mode, Can CLK_OUT/IDX pin send out 25MHZ clock?
